• Tenant renewal 25% of the renewed rental rate; only if you approve the renewal
• Full-service management 10% subject to a $100 per month minimum; only if the rent is collected
• Supervision of minor repairs and maintenance included in the management fee
• Major/ Initial renovation supervision - 10% of the invoiced repair(s)
