On Time Rent Reward Program
The Ailion Team at RE/MAX Town and Country and Success Real Estate Brokers believe many of our residents at some point desire to be homeowners. We would like to assist you to accomplish the American Dream of homeownership.
The Ailion Team at RE/MAX Town and Country and Success Real Estate Brokers offer our loyal and responsible residents a rent credit for each on-time payment of rent. The rent credit is 3% of the monthly rent paid for up to 36 months. For example, if your rent is $1000 per month, and you make 36 on-time payments, you will receive a one time credit of $1090 for the purchase of a home.
To qualify, you must comply with the following provisions:
- Rent must be paid in full, on or before the rent the due date on your lease.
- A 3% for each month rent is paid on time at the closing of your new home.
- Credits can be earned monthly for up to a maximum of 36 months. Additional benefits may apply.
- “On-time” credits are not redeemable for cash.
- Credits can only be redeemed through the purchase of a home.
- The home must be purchased using RE/MAX Town and Country as your Realtor and may be the home you are currently living in if the owner offers it for sale.
- If you are past due more than twice in a 12 month period, all credits will be forfeited, and you must start the program over.
- You must fulfill the terms of your current lease.
